Periodontal Therapy and Maintenance:
A strong foundation is the key to success in keeping your teeth for a lifetime. Your foundation starts with healthy gum tissue, which in turn, maintains your bone structure. Periodontal (or gum) disease is the single most common cause of tooth loss in adults.
This disease attacks the gums, bone and other supporting structures of the teeth. However, if caught in the early stages, periodontal disease can be treated.
